That’s why we don’t just have services—we have Mission Circles.
Mission Circles are designed to help you not just hear the Word—but live it out.

We focus on one simple Biblical principle each week.
We discuss how to apply it in real life.
We hold each other accountable—checking in to see how we actually lived out our faith.

why create mission driven church?
For years, Ken and I searched for community within the walls of the church but found only loneliness. Despite doing everything "right," real relationships were hard to come by.
In 2021, Ken was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer. Our previous churches had taught us that we couldn't rely on them for community or help during troubled times so we knew we were on our own. Except two women from Ken's work caught us by surprise as they lived out their calling in Christ over our family. They prayed over us, showed us love, and reminded us of God’s presence.
When our "church" was absent in the darkest of times, these Christian people showed us the love of Christ and helped us to keep our faith.
That’s the church our world needs—a church where members live out their faith, no one walks alone, and every believer reflects the love of Christ, especially in dark times. We're creating Mission Driven Church to help believers live out their faith, build real relationships with each other, and serve God in a meaningful way.
We were never meant to walk through life alone. At Mission Driven Church, we believe in returning to the roots of the early church—where believers did life together, growing in faith, and serving one another in love.
Our mission is simple: to equip you to be the hands and feet of Christ in your community, reflecting His love in the darkest of times.

We believe in one true God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who reveals Himself through the Bible, His living Word. Jesus Christ is the center of our faith, our Savior, and our example of perfect love. The Bible is our foundation, guiding us to live in truth and reflect God’s heart in everything we do.

At Mission Driven Church, we prioritize deep, meaningful relationships over shallow connections. Just as Jesus invested in the few, we focus on building authentic community where believers truly know, love, and support one another. Life change happens when we go deep together.

Salvation is the start of a lifelong journey with Christ. We are called not just to believe but to grow—maturing in faith, reflecting His character, and becoming the hands and feet of Jesus. Our purpose is to live out God’s love, serving others and making disciples along the way.
We believe in the authority of Scripture, the saving grace of Jesus Christ, and the calling to love and serve others as His disciples.
We believe the best way for you to grow in faith is by seeking God for yourself through prayer, worship, and study. We also support your growth through Mission Circles, online worship, and practical tools for discipleship.
Anywhere! We gather online for worship and weekly services. We also gather in person for Mission Circles and The Sisterhood.
Simply use our online directory to connect with a group. We have virtual Mission Circles online so if there's not a local, face to face meeting in your area, you are welcome to join us online!
Mission Driven Church welcomes everyone who is curious about faith and seeking community to join us for our online service, worship, and visiting our Mission Circles & Sisterhood Chapters.

Meet The Team
Bridget Irby is an ordained minister, author, and, above all, a devoted follower of Jesus. Her heart beats for equipping women to know Christ deeply and live out His love in their everyday lives.
Ken Irby is an ordained minister and passionate follower of Christ whose faith inspires everyone around him. He is currently walking out his journey with God as he battles stage IV colon cancer, a path marked by courage, trust, and unwavering faith in God’s goodness.
Married for 11 years, Bridget and Ken are partners in life, ministry, and mission. Together, they share four children and a deep conviction that God uses every season—both joyful and challenging—for His glory and purpose.
