Our Story
At its core, the Bible is the greatest love story ever told—a story about a divine Creator who, even after being rejected, gave everything to spend eternity with the people He loves.
If you know nothing else today, know this: God loves you exactly as you are right now. Despite your sin, mistakes, regrets, wounds, and scars, the Creator of the universe sees you, knows your name, and loves you unconditionally. There’s nothing you can do to earn His love—and nothing you’ve done to lose it. His love is a free gift, offered through His Son, Jesus Christ.
At Mission Driven Church, we believe church isn’t about a building—it’s about the people in it. That’s why we’re returning to the real mission: living out our faith as Christ’s light in a world that desperately needs hope.
We’re not about grand buildings, feel-good sermons that fade by Monday, or empty traditions. We’re about real transformation: healing hearts, restoring lives, and loving others the way Christ loves us.
The Bible isn’t just a book of stories; it’s God’s guide to healing what’s broken, rebuilding what’s lost, and creating lasting change in our homes, communities, and world.

We believe in one true God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who reveals Himself through the Bible, His living Word. Jesus Christ is the center of our faith, our Savior, and our example of perfect love. The Bible is our foundation, guiding us to live in truth and reflect God’s heart in everything we do.

At Mission Driven Church, we prioritize deep, meaningful relationships over shallow connections. Just as Jesus invested in the few, we focus on building authentic community where believers truly know, love, and support one another. Life change happens when we go deep together.

Salvation is the start of a lifelong journey with Christ. We are called not just to believe but to grow—maturing in faith, reflecting His character, and becoming the hands and feet of Jesus. Our purpose is to live out God’s love, serving others and making disciples along the way.

OUR MINISTRIES
MISSION CIRCLES are the heart of the church. These small groups gather online and in homes or local spaces each week to learn the Bible and do life together.
THE SISTERHOOD is our deeper dive women's ministry. The Sisterhood is designed to help women build community, grow in wisdom, and live out the calling on their lives.
GET SOCIAL is our online social media platform designed just for our members. With powerful tools like direct messaging, video chats, threads, and more, you'll be able to connect with your church members like never before.
ONLINE SERVICE is hosted each week as we gather together online from around the world to learn the gospel and worship Jesus together.
ONLINE RESOURCES are hosted inside our member's platform. Resources range from Bible studies to training to downloadable guides all designed to help you grow in faith.

Meet The Team
Bridget Irby is an ordained minister, author, and, above all, a devoted follower of Jesus. Her heart beats for equipping women to know Christ deeply and live out His love in their everyday lives.
Ken Irby is an ordained minister and passionate follower of Christ whose faith inspires everyone around him. He is currently walking out his journey with God as he battles stage IV colon cancer, a path marked by courage, trust, and unwavering faith in God’s goodness.
Married for 11 years, Bridget and Ken are partners in life, ministry, and mission. Together, they share four children and a deep conviction that God uses every season—both joyful and challenging—for His glory and purpose.
why create mdc?
For years, Ken and I searched for community within the walls of the church but found only loneliness. Despite doing everything "right," real relationships were hard to come by.
In 2021, when Ken was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer, two women from his work lived out their calling in Christ over our family. They prayed over us, showed us love, and reminded us of God’s presence.
When our "church" was absent in the darkest of times, they showed us the love of Christ and helped us to keep our faith.
That’s the church our world needs—a church where members live out their faith, no one walks alone, and every believer reflects the love of Christ, especially in dark times.
We're creating Mission Driven Church to help believers live out their faith, build real relationships with each other, and serve God in a meaningful way.
We were never meant to walk through life alone. At Mission Driven Church, we believe in returning to the roots of the early church—where believers did life together, growing in faith, and serving one another in love.

We believe the best way for you to grow in faith is by seeking God for yourself through prayer, worship, and study. We also support your growth through Mission Circles, online worship, and practical tools for discipleship.

Mission Driven Church welcomes everyone who is curious about faith and seeking community to join us for our online service, worship, and visiting our Mission Circles & Sisterhood Chapters.
